Universal Security has over 25 year’s experience in mobilising contracts and implementing effective and meaningful TUPE consultation processes. 

Indeed, our process has been highlighted by the SIA ACS assessors as best practice and ‘gives all staff affected by a transfer the opportunity to discuss with senior management how they will fit into the Universal culture and what ongoing opportunities are available to develop their career with Universal’. All contract implementations will be managed by an Implementation Management Team. The team will make sure to manage:
