James is responsible for controlling and overseeing all business operations, people, and ventures of all of Universal’s partnerships.
Operations & HR Director
Following a successful career in the Royal Air Force, Stuart has worked in the security industry for 25 years in the private, public, and retail sectors in the UK, developing strategies and delivering frontline operations. He has and continues to sit on several high-profile security committees, such as the City Security Council. Stuart personally oversees and provides direct line management support to our security teams across each contract.
Quoc leads our Finance team and is central in managing each contract’s finances. Herein, he produces financial reports and monitors the effective financial performance of each contract.
Business Development Director
James leads a team responsible for building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. Thereafter, his team seek to implement bespoke innovations that would be beneficial for each contract and customer. James is also responsible for looking after Universal’s marketing strategy, so the next time you see Universal advertised, whether it’s in-person or online, you know this has been approved by him.
