At Universal Security, we recognise that the quality of our services depends on the everyday actions of all our people. We continuously ensure that management, supervision and operational teams are fully aware of objectives and procedures through training and education programmes for employees at all levels within the Company.

Our Management System is based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015. It will aim to achieve and maintain certification under this international standard as an individual firm of assessed capability. All employees comply with these requirements, including Health and Safety, legal and regulatory.

Having a place on the London City Security Council Executive Committee and strong relationships with the City of London and Metropolitan police forces mean we have access to accurate intelligence on criminal activity in areas where we deliver services. This information will be made available to appropriate stakeholders.
